HCS HB 251 -- SALE OF MILK

(Vetoed by the Governor)

This bill specifies that the receipt by a member of a cooperative
association of the economic benefits and services provided by the
cooperative to its members including, but not limited to, a
return on a patronage basis of the savings realized on milk
products sold and distributed to the members or patrons or a
refund based on the patronage of the purchaser with the
association will not be considered a violation of Section
416.440, RSMo, the Unfair Milk Sales Practices Act.
