HCS HB 273 -- DOCUMENTATION FOR DISBURSEMENTS ON CERTAIN ESTATES Currently, any expenditure of more than $75 for which a personal representative claims credit in a settlement on a decedent's estate must be supported by a voucher executed by the person to whom the disbursement was made. This bill also allows other documentation, such as an electronic copy of a check or a bank statement to establish to the court's satisfaction that the payment claimed in a settlement was actually made to the claimant.Copyright (c) Missouri House of Representatives
