HB 698 -- BOLD LETTERS ON DONATION RECEPTACLES

This bill specifies that the term "bold letters" as it relates to
the signage requirements on a public receptacle for donations of
unwanted household items collected by a for-profit entity means a
primary color on a white background so it is clearly visible to
the public.

Certain existing receptacles will be required to have the new
signage no later than six months after August 28, 2009.
