HCS HB 909 -- CONVEYANCES OF STATE PROPERTY

This bill authorizes the Governor to convey:

(1)  State property located in Cape Girardeau County to the
Highways and Transportation Commission;

(2)  State property located in St. Louis City, which is currently
being used by the Department of Corrections as a minimum security
correctional facility, to the Highways and Transportation
Commission for the new Mississippi River Bridge project; and

(3)  State property located in St. Louis City, which currently is
being leased by Harris-Stowe State University, to the university.
