HB 1212 -- Nonresident Pupil Tuition for Certain School Districts

Currently, the Blue Springs School District is required to charge
tuition to nonresident teachers or employees whose children
attend a school in the district.  This bill removes Blue Springs
from this provision and adds the Lee's Summit School District to
these requirements.
