HB 1213 -- Income Tax Exemption for Disabled Veterans

Beginning January 1, 2011, this bill authorizes a state income
tax exemption for the state taxable income of any veteran who is
50% or more disabled as a result of his or her military
deployment during specified conflicts if the veteran was a
Missouri resident at the time he or she entered the armed forces.

The provisions of the bill will expire December 31 six years from
the effective date.
