HB 1245 -- Hold Orders for Pawnshops

This bill allows law enforcement officers to request that certain
property used to secure personal credit loans from pawnbrokers
not be sold.  The request can be made verbally, electronically,
by fax, or by any other means designated by an officer.  If a
request is made, the pawnbroker cannot sell or remove the
property from the premises for a period of 10 days of the
request.
