HB 1248 -- Consumer Notice of Ethanol Content in Premium Gasoline

Sponsor:  Sater

This bill requires all automotive gasoline or gasoline-oxygenated
blends kept, offered, or exposed for sale or sold at retail which
is advertised as premium gasoline to be identified as containing
or not containing ethanol.  The Director of the Department of
Agriculture may establish rules to implement the provisions of
the bill.
