HB 1253 -- Telemarketing No-Call List

This bill revises the definition of "telephone solicitation" as
it relates to the No-call List by also prohibiting political
campaigns from using live operators or automatic dialing
announcing devices (ADAD) equipment to call anyone on the No-call
List to endorse a political candidate, request financial support
or a vote for a political candidate, or conduct political
polling.
