HB 1269 -- Criminal Background Checks

This bill requires any person, business, or organization that
holds camps which provide activities for children younger than 18
years of age to submit two sets of fingerprints to the State
Highway Patrol from any person who will be working at the camp
whether on a paid or voluntary basis.  The fingerprint sets are
to be used to search the Missouri Criminal Records Repository and
by the Federal Bureau of Investigation to search federal criminal
history files if necessary.
