HB 1274 -- Fine Arts Education

This bill requires the Division of School Improvement within the
Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to develop and
coordinate a program to provide a fine arts education consultant
at each regional professional development center.  The duties of
the consultant include, but are not limited to, working with
school districts to develop fine arts staff and curriculum,
coordinating services from other entities involved in fine arts
education and integration, and contributing to in-service
training.
