HB 1317 -- County Recording Fees

This bill increases from $3 to $5 the fee charged by the county
recorder of deeds for certain recorded documents pertaining to
real property.  Moneys collected from the fee are to be forwarded
to the Director of the Department of Revenue for deposit into the
Missouri Housing Trust Fund.
