HB 1338 -- Harassment

Sponsor:  Chappelle-Nadal

This bill increases the penalty for the crime of harassment from
a class A misdemeanor to a class D felony unless the crime is
committed by a person 21 years of age or older against a person
17 years of age or younger or the person has previously pled
guilty to or been found guilty of harassment in which case the
penalty is increased from a class D felony to a class C felony.
