HB 1343 -- Assaulting an Athletic Official

This bill creates the crime of assaulting an athletic official, a
class A misdemeanor.  Any person who commits a misdemeanor
assault on an athletic official in connection with an athletic
event with the intent to do bodily harm and without justifiable
or excusable cause will be guilty of the crime.
