HB 1347 -- Uniformed Planned Community Act

This bill establishes the Uniform Planned Community Act which is
substantially the same as the act drafted and approved by the
National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws in
1980.  The provisions of the act are very similar to the
provisions of the Condominium Property Act in Chapter 448, RSMo.
Comprehensive specific provisions for creating, governing,
managing, and terminating planned community developments are
contained in the bill.
