HB 1360 -- Women, Infants and Children Special Supplemental Food
Program

Sponsor:  Chappelle-Nadal

Subject to appropriations, this bill requires the Department of
Health and Senior Services to broaden the foods approved under
the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Special Supplemental Food
Program to include a wider variety of kosher foods currently
excluded because they fail to meet the federal criteria for
nutrition content and price.
