HB 1364 -- MO HealthNet Program Benefits

Beginning January 1, 2011, this bill prohibits payment under the
MO HealthNet Program to any licensed physician, dentist, or
podiatrist for any drug prescribed to treat a sexual dysfunction,
impotence, or infertility.

Currently, subject to appropriations, only prescribed medically
necessary dental services are covered under the program.  The
bill changes the coverage so that all dental services, including
dentures, will be a covered expense.
