HB 1385 -- Presiding County Commissioner's Salary in First
Classification Counties

This bill specifies that in first classification counties if an
increase in an associate county commissioner's salary results in
the presiding commissioner's salary being less than $2,000 more
than the associate's, the salary of the presiding commissioner
will not be increased, as required by law, until his or her term
has expired and a successor has taken office.
