HB 1390 -- Contractual Agreements Between Legislators

Sponsor:  Quinn

This bill prohibits members of the General Assembly from
contracting with or soliciting any other member for the purposes
of securing services for political campaigning, fundraising, or
consulting that in any way relates to the election of any state
or federal office.
