HB 1426 -- Telemarketing No-Call List

This bill allows wireless telephone users to be added to the
No-call List and revises the definition of "telephone
solicitation" to include any voice, facsimile, graphic imaging,
or data communication including text messaging communications as
it applies to the No-call List.
