HB 1428 -- A+ Schools Program

Sponsor:  Biermann

This bill allows students to serve as an election judge to
fulfill their community service requirement for an A+ scholarship
when the school's A+ coordinator and the local election authority
agree.  The student's absence during the school day to serve as
an election judge cannot adversely affect the school's daily
attendance rate or the student.
