HB 1453 -- Use of Weapons

Sponsor:  Lipke

This bill adds any elected prosecutor or assistant prosecutor
with written authorization from the elected prosecuting attorney
to the list of individuals who are exempt from certain
restrictions on the use of weapons in Section 571.030, RSMo,
including the prohibition on carrying concealed weapons.
