HB 1462 -- Fresh Pursuit Powers

This bill revises the laws regarding fresh pursuit powers to
authorize any law enforcement officer of a fourth class city to
arrest and hold in custody any person of whom the officer is in
fresh pursuit and is reasonably believed to have committed a
felony in this state, has committed or attempted to commit any
criminal offense or violation of municipal or county ordinance in
the presence of the officer, or for whom the officer holds a
warrant of arrest for a criminal offense.
