HB 1465 -- Liability for Gratuitous Services
Sponsor: Hodges
This bill specifies that any person who gratuitously and in good
faith renders any service to another individual will not be
civilly or criminally liable for any acts or omissions in
rendering the services other than for damages caused by gross
negligence or by willful or wanton acts or omissions.
