HB 1479 -- Distressed Areas Land Assemblage Tax Credit Program

This bill reduces the minimum number of acres required for an
eligible project area in the Distressed Areas Land Assemblage Tax
Credit Program from 75 to 40 and reduces the minimum acreage of
eligible parcels the applicant must acquire within the eligible
project area from 50 to 30.
