HB 1494 -- Transfer of Real Property by State Universities

This bill removes the expiration date of August 28, 2011, from
the provision which allows the board of governors and the board
of regents of certain state universities to convey or transfer
real property, except in fee simple, without authorization from
the General Assembly.
