HB 1496 -- Agriculture Promotion and Marketing

This bill creates the Agriculture Promotion and Marketing Fund
which will consist of all fees and fines assessed and collected
by the Department of Agriculture which are not otherwise
specifically designated in state law for use by the department or
for deposit into other funds.  Moneys in the fund are to be used
solely for the purposes of promoting and marketing agricultural
products grown, raised, or processed in Missouri.
