HB 1501 -- Insurance Disclosures

This bill establishes Cale's Law which requires all insurers to
provide applicants, prior to purchase, with information on all
categories and types of coverage offered and available from the
insurer and a complete and detailed description of the purpose of
and benefits provided under each specific type and category of
coverage.
