HB 1532 -- Children as Passengers on Certain Heavy Equipment

This bill establishes Susie's Law which prohibits any child
younger than 18 years of age from riding as a passenger on any
machinery or heavy equipment not manufactured for passengers,
excluding farm machinery as defined in Section 32.085, RSMo.  Any
operator who violates the provisions of the bill will be subject
to a fine of $100 for the first violation and $500 for any
subsequent violation.
