HB 1535 -- Coroner Duties

Currently, the coroner must inform one or more associate circuit
judges when he or she completes an inquisition regarding the
death of any person by a felonious act.  This bill specifies that
the coroner must inform the appropriate prosecuting attorney of
the result of the inquisition.
