HB 1563 -- Hearings on a Student's Participation in
Extracurricular Activities

This bill exempts from the administrative hearing process certain
hearings and proceedings on a student's participation in
extracurricular activities held by a school that is a member of
an association which regulates extracurricular activities if the
appropriate due process procedures have been observed.  Due
process includes the right to a new trial in a circuit court.
