HB 1586 -- Sales Tax Exemption for Certain Physical Exercise
Classes

This bill authorizes a sales and use tax exemption for physical
exercise or personal training classes that provide spiritual
benefits to its practitioners including yoga, tai chi, qiyong, or
other training offered that it is not provided by a health club,
fitness center, or spa.
