HB 1587 -- Tax Credits for Qualified Film Production Projects

Beginning January 1, 2010, this bill increases the annual cap on
tax credits certified for qualified film production projects from
$4.5 million to $10 million and includes amounts spent for goods
and services in any county adjoining this state as qualifying
expenses.  All amounts due to vendors in this state by the
production company must be paid before this credit can be issued.
