HB 1606 -- Sales Tax Exemption for Certain All-Terrain Vehicles

Sponsor:  Sater

This bill specifies that "farm machinery and equipment" as it
relates to exemptions from sales tax will include any all-terrain
vehicle that is used exclusively for agricultural purposes and
has a title stamped "For Farm Use Only" by the Department of
Revenue.
