HB 1631 -- Sexual Contact with a Patient

Sponsor:  Pollock

This bill creates the crime of sexual contact with a patient when
an employee of or a person assigned to work in any health care or
long-term care facility has sexual or deviate sexual intercourse
with a patient in the facility.  Anyone committing this crime
will be guilty of a class D felony, and the consent of a patient
will not be an affirmative defense.
