HB 1653 -- Designation of Remembrance Day

This bill requires the Governor to issue an annual proclamation
designating September 11 as "Remembrance Day" to honor those who
lost their lives as a result of the terrorist attacks of
September 11, 2001, and to honor those who displayed heroism and
courage during and after the attacks.
