HB 1655 -- Corporate Campaign Contributions

Sponsor:  Schaaf

This bill prohibits all entities except individual persons and
committees organized under the Campaign Finance Disclosure Laws,
from making campaign contributions or expenditures governed under
Chapter 130, RSMo.  Currently, corporations, labor organizations,
and cooperative and mutual associations are allowed to make
contributions and expenditures under certain conditions.
