HB 1674 -- Alcohol-Related Traffic Arrests

This bill requires local and state law enforcement agencies and
the prosecutor to report all alcohol-related traffic arrests and
any action taken subsequent to an arrest to the State Highway
Patrol's DWI Tracking System (DWITS) within 15 days of the arrest
or action including any action by the court.  The Department of
Public Safety may revoke grant money from any agency that fails
to comply with the provisions of the bill.
