HB 1682 -- Heritage Birth and Marriage Certificates

This bill allows the State of Missouri to promote and sell, for a
$50 fee, a heritage birth certificate and a heritage marriage
certificate to individuals born or married in Missouri.  The
State Registrar may issue, upon request, these certificates to
the individuals named on the original record or certificate and
they will have the same status as evidence as an original or
certified birth or marriage certificate.  Four dollars of the fee
will be deposited into the General Revenue Fund, $10 into the
Children's Trust Fund, $1 into the Endowed Care Cemetery Audit
Fund, $15 into the Crippled Children's Services Fund, and $20
into the Missouri Public Health Services Fund.
