HB 1694 -- Security Cameras in Apartment Buildings in St. Louis
County

This bill requires apartment buildings with more than six
dwelling units located in St. Louis County to have security
cameras installed in all common areas of the building.  Cameras
must be installed and in operation by January 1, 2011, and all
camera recordings must be kept for at least 72 hours.
