HB 1697 -- Driving While Intoxicated

Currently, a person is guilty of the crime of driving while
intoxicated if he or she operates a motor vehicle while in an
intoxicated or drugged condition.  This bill specifies that a
person will be guilty of the crime if he or she operates a motor
vehicle while in an intoxicated condition or while any amount of
controlled substance is present in the person as measured in the
person's blood or urine.
