HB 1704 -- State Employee Retirement

Currently, when members transfer service between the Missouri
State Employees' Retirement System (MOSERS) and the Missouri
Department of Transportation and Highway Patrol Employees'
Retirement System (MPERS), no funds are transferred with the
service.  This bill allows funds to be transferred along with the
service based on the accrued liability of the service as agreed
to by the systems.
