HB 1712 -- Public Employee Labor Organizations

Sponsor:  Roorda

This bill allows employees of any public body including police,
deputy sheriffs, State Highway Patrol members, Missouri National
Guard members, and teachers in Missouri schools, colleges, and
universities to form and join a labor organization to
collectively bargain regarding salaries and other conditions of
employment.
