HB 1735 -- Discrimination Against Certain Health Care Providers

This bill prohibits an official or employee of the state, a
school district, or any other political subdivision from
discriminating between health care providers, counselors, and
social workers licensed under Chapters 334 and 337, RSMo, when
establishing regulations or when requiring or recommending
services which can be legally performed by licensees regulated by
those chapters.
