HB 1752 -- St. Louis Public School Retirement System Board of
Trustees

Currently, there are 11 members on the board of trustees for the
St. Louis Public School Retirement System with four appointed by
the board of education, four elected by and from the active
members of the retirement system, two retired members elected by
and from the retired members of the system, and one who is a
school administrator elected by the active members of the system.
This bill reduces the board to nine members with two trustees
appointed by the board of education, two elected by and from the
active members of the retirement system, and five retired members
elected by and from the retired members of the system.  The
school administrator trustee position is removed.
