HB 1760 -- Adverse Possession

This bill specifies that the common law doctrine of adverse
possession will not apply in the state of Missouri and no person
can claim any title, estate, or interest in real property based
upon adverse possession or institute any action based upon a
claim of adverse possession against any person having or claiming
to have any title, estate, or interest in property.  The bill
also repeals certain provisions regarding adverse possession.
