HB 1772 -- Official State Manual

This bill requires the Official State Manual to be made available
for distribution only in an electronic format on compact discs.
A printed version of the manual will be available only upon
request, and those requesting a printed version will incur a fee
necessary to pay for all the costs related to the printing and
shipping of the manual.
