HB 1782 -- Disposable Cell Phone Purchases

This bill requires individuals or businesses that purchase 12 or
more disposable cellular phones at one time to provide their
name, address, and land-line phone number to the retailer.  The
information must be sent to the Office of the Attorney General
who is required to retain it in a database.
