HB 1783 -- Reduced Motor Fuel Tax on Certain Holidays

Beginning January 1, 2011, this bill reduces from 17 cents to
seven cents per gallon the motor fuel tax for gasoline and diesel
fuel used in a personal vehicle for a four-day period during the
Memorial Day and Labor Day holiday weekends.  Any local taxes or
fees will still be imposed.
