HB 1803 -- Drug Testing of School Employees

This bill requires all school districts to adopt policies
pursuant to the rules and regulations adopted by the Department
of Elementary and Secondary Education for the random and the
for-cause testing of teachers and other employees for the
unlawful use of controlled substances and for testing potential
new employees.  Anyone who tests positive must be terminated
immediately.
